Bringing world-class live music and unforgettable entertainment experiences to venues, festivals, and events across Europe since 1996, connecting exceptional artists with audiences through passion, creativity, and decades of industry expertise.

Originally from Moulton, Northamptonshire left the UK in 1990 on a backpacking trip and never made it back to England on a permanent basis. He busked and performed his way around Australia, Europe and the USA for several years picking up songs and stories whilst entertaining bar audiences. Neil is now based in Copenhagen where the birth of Brophy Bookings began in 1996. Brophy Bookings has evolved to extensive bars throughout Scandinavia, Irish Live music Tents across Denmark's Markets/Country fairs to Cruise Ships sailing the Baltic & North Seas, to Denmark's largest live music festivals around the country providing the right acts for the right occasions with over 25 years of experience in the business.

Born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark. She graduated as a Multimedia Designer, in 2016, from the Copenhagen Business Academy and has since her education worked at various record companies with, among other things, graphic design and social media. At Brophy Bookings, she works with social media, graphic design and bookings.

Born and raised in Cambridge, England, Barry came from a deeply musical household. He began classical guitar training in early childhood, achieving Grade 8 by the age of twelve. At eighteen, Barry studied at the London College of Music and earned a Bachelor of Music in live performance. What followed was the foundation of a fruitful career: twenty years as a seasoned session player, performing live across festivals, theatre shows, weddings, and corporate events throughout Europe and Scandinavia, with tours of India and Thailand as career highlights. Along the way, he built a deep, hard-won expertise in the corporate, wedding, and private-hire sectors. In his thirties, Barry settled permanently in Copenhagen, Denmark. Today, Barry still performs weekly across Europe and Scandinavia, bringing the same energy to every stage. As part of the Brophy Bookings team, he pairs that musical background with a business-focused approach, helping to find the right solutions for every booking.

I'm a Service Designer with a passion for understanding complex challenges and turning insights into meaningful change. My background combines UX design, service design, and systems thinking, and I enjoy working at the intersection of people, organisations, and services. Through research, co-creation, and facilitation, I help uncover needs, align stakeholders, and develop solutions that create value for both users and organisations. I am particularly interested in how ideas move from concept to implementation. Whether working with service experiences, organisational processes, or system-level challenges, I enjoy translating complexity into actionable opportunities and bringing people together around shared goals. I thrive in collaborative environments where curiosity, creativity, and a human-centred approach are used to tackle complex challenges and drive meaningful outcomes.
