At Brophy Bookings, we want to give you the best possible experience to ensure that you enjoy our service today, tomorrow, and in the future. We want to be transparent in which way we use and store your data.

This Policy sets out the essential details relating to your personal data relationship with Brophy Bookings. The Policy applies to all Musicians & Venues, festivals, companies etc. - from here on Buyers. From time to time, we may develop new or offer additional services. If the introduction of these new or additional services results in any change to the way we collect or process your personal data, we will provide you with more information and additional terms or policies. Unless otherwise stated when we introduce these new or additional services, they will be subject to this Policy.

The aim of this Policy is to:

    1    Ensure that you understand what personal data we collect about you, the reasons why we collect and use it, and who we share it with;
    2    Explain the way we use the personal data that you share with us;     
    3    Explain your rights and choices in relation to the personal data we collect and process about you, and how we will protect your privacy.

The Spelplan puts you in control of how Brophy Bookings processes your personal data.

We collect your personal data in the following way via our sign up form on our website www.brophybookings.com  when you start at Brophy Bookings or via email. Then this data is put into Spelplan.

We use this information for taxation, contracts and communication which is only shared between the customer and the tax authorities.

Press biography, pictures and promo material we use for advertising and promoting online and media outlets.

From Buyers (Venues/Festivals/Pubs/Companies, etc.)

6. What do we use your personal data for?

From musicians

Personal Data:

We use this information for taxation, contracts and communication which is only shared between the customer and the tax authorities.

Promotional Data:

Press biography, pictures and promo material we use for advertising and promoting online and media outlets.

From Buyers
We use this information to process contracts and share with the Musicians. Though the bank details and VAT no. are kept within Brophy Bookings.

Potential companies that Brophy Bookings have liased with but not yet contracted with, we hold their email and phone nos that they have on public domains.


7. Sharing your personal data

We share this information between the Musician & the Buyer for contractors and tax reasons.

We use the Musicians and Buyers promo material for advertising for events on third party platforms online.

8. Data retention and deletion

At anytime the Musician can remove his/her details from the Spelplan including address, bank details email and phone no. As so can the customer. If they are having problems doing so, they can contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. directly by email to request deletion.

Though, due to Taxation rules Brophy Bookings has to retain your contract details for the previous 5 years. This information is not shared with any third party.

We keep all email communication which is not shared with any third party.

9. Transfer to other countries

Brophy Bookings shares your personal data globally with other companies in America that the Musician is contracted with. This is the only time data is shared. Your personal data may therefore be subject to privacy laws that are different from those in your country of residence.

Personal data collected within the European Union and Switzerland may, for example, be transferred to and processed by third parties located in a country outside the European Union and Switzerland. In such instances, Brophy Bookings shall ensure that the transfer of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy laws and, in particular, that appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational measures are in place such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission.

We share the Musicians and Venues promo info with third party media outlets for advertising reasons.

We are committed to protecting our users’ personal data. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to help protect the security of your personal data; however, please note that no system is ever completely secure. Your password protects your user account, so we encourage you to use a unique and strong password and to limit access to your computer and browser.

We do not work with entertainers/acts under the age of 18-years-old.
